MELROSE BELLOW is a series of literary/reading events including all forms of writing. The writers/readers are an entertaining blend of storytellers, poets, and short fiction writers of all ages reflecting the multicultural make up of Los Angeles with a diverse and eclectic mix of ages, races, and persuasions.


The EVENT date is: Saturday, November 12, 2016

LOCATION: The four-block stretch of Melrose from Poinsettia Place to Gardner Street

PARKING OPTIONS: for at least 100 cars can will be available at the Melrose Elementary School at 731 N. Detroit St. for a $5 per car. Parking lots are at Melrose Elementary with the main lot one can enter on Waring Avenue, between Formosa & Detroit. There also is a small lot on Detroit Street, just north of Melrose.

Also parking can be found on Melrose (the meters run until 8pm)

2) On side streets. Read the signage. Some streets allow 2 hour parking – some allow all night.

3) Or one can valet on Poinsettia just north of Melrose for about $7.
